Co-investing

How co-investment works.

How does co-investment work?
We share selected opportunities with a small group of aligned investors, deal by deal. You invest alongside our own capital, on the same terms, after reviewing the same materials behind our own decision.

What size are the opportunities?
Typically €1m – €10m. Above €10m, we form a club of partners around a lead position.

Do you lead rounds?
In direct investment we lead, co-lead or join rounds, and bring aligned co-investors for larger raises.

Deals and information

What you see, and when.

What do co-investors receive?
Access to technology companies that passed our full review, mainly Series A and growth. You receive the full file: the memo and the market, financial, technical and risk work, including where our team disagreed. Our own capital is in every deal we share, on the same terms.

How are companies reviewed before you see them?
Six steps, each with a named owner: submission, fit check, analysis of market, financials and technology, risk and compliance checks, human review by senior analysts, and a decision by the investment committee on a written memo.

Is a company's information shared with co-investors automatically?
No. A company's file is shared with co-investors only with its agreement. Proposals are seen only by those who need to.

How often will I see opportunities?
Once registered, you are invited to take part when a suitable opportunity exists. There is no guarantee of an invitation. Invitations come by email.

Becoming a partner

Who joins, and how.

Who do you work with as co-investors?
Long-term investors who value discretion: single and multi-family offices, foundations, endowments, corporate investors and experienced private investors. We keep the group small on purpose.

What checks do co-investors go through?
The same identity and compliance checks as the companies we back. Identity and ownership are verified and screened against sanctions lists before money moves. Funds are only received from, and paid to, verified accounts in the verified party's name.

Governance

How decisions are checked.

How are investment decisions made and checked?
Reviewers never approve their own work. Every investment is approved by the investment committee on a written memo. Anyone with a personal interest declares it and steps out of the review. Every step of every review is logged and kept.
