- Technology at the core
- Software, data and AI, infrastructure, fintech, insurtech and health technology. Businesses where technology is the product or the edge.
- A team that can build
- Founders who ship, know their market first-hand and are honest about what they do not yet know.
- Evidence, not adjectives
- A product in use, customers who pay or clear signs they will, and numbers that reconcile.
- Sensible terms
- A valuation and structure that leave room to raise again and for everyone to do well.
- Responsible conduct
- Fair treatment of customers, staff and investors. Our mission is social responsibility, practised, not printed.

- Companies where technology is not central
- Tickets below €50k or above €10m
- Property, commodities, listed securities and funds
- Proposals by phone, post or social media
- Businesses that fail our compliance checks
